operate the appliance on a
plastic tablecloth.
• Do not place anything
between the cookware and
the cooking plate.
• Do not put heavy objects on
the induction cooker.

during cooking or when you
remove the lid.
• Do not lift and move the
induction cooker while it is
operating.
• Never put empty cookware
on the switched-on
induction cooker, as this
could cause the cookware
to become distorted or
the heating coil to become

• Do not store ammable
materials and liquids near or
on the induction cooker.
• Avoid hard contact between
the cookware or other
objects and the cooking
plate.
• Always place the cookware
on the cooking zone during
cooking.
• Always use cookware with
a bottom diameter from
10cm to 23cm during
cooking.
Automatic shut-off
The appliance is equipped with automatic shut-off. It switches off
automatically in the following situations:
• If cookware with a bottom diameter less than 6cm, or small objects
like knives, forks, or spoons are placed on the plate during cooking.
• If the voltage is lower than 120V or higher than 280V.
• If no cookware is put on the cooking zone when the induction
cooker is working for 1 minute.
• If the cookware has been boiling dry for 3 minutes.
• If the induction cooker has been idle for 2 hours.
• If the temperature of the central plate is higher than 300°C, or if
the internal temperature of the induction cooker is too high.
Electromagnetic elds (EMF)

Automatische Abschaltung
Das Gerät verfügt über eine Abschaltautomatik. Es schaltet sich in den

• Wenn die Spannung unter 120 V oder über 280 V liegt.
• Wenn keine Kochtöpfe auf der Kochzone stehen und der
Induktionsherd seit 1 Minute in Betrieb ist.
• Wenn die Kochtöpfe 3 Minuten lang trocken kochen.
• Wenn der Induktionsherd seit 2 Stunden keine Aktivität vorweist.
• Wenn die Temperatur der mittleren Platte höher als 300° C oder
die interne Temperatur des Induktionsherds zu hoch ist.
Elektromagnetische Felder
Dieses Philips Gerät erfüllt sämtliche Normen und Regelungen

Desconexión automática
El aparato dispone de una función de desconexión automática. Se
apaga automáticamente en las siguientes situaciones:
• Si el recipiente tiene una base con un diámetro inferior a 6 cm o
se colocan objetos pequeños como cuchillos, tenedores o cucharas
sobre la placa al cocinar.
• Si el voltaje es inferior a 120 V o superior a 280 V.
• Si no se coloca ningún recipiente sobre la zona de cocinado
cuando la cocina de inducción funciona durante 1 minuto.
• Si el recipiente hierve sin agua durante 3 minutos.
• Si la cocina de inducción está inactiva durante 2 horas.
• Si la temperatura de la placa central es superior a 300 °C o si la
temperatura interna de la cocina de inducción es demasiado alta.
