Lead free display promotes

recovery and disposal of waste

from electrical and electronic

equipment. Toxic substances like Lead

has been eliminated and compliance

with European community’s stringent

RoHs directive mandating restrictions

on hazardous substances in electrical

and electronic equipment have been

adhered to in order to make Philips

monitors safe to use throughout its life

cycle.

This device complies with the require-

ments set out in the Council Directive

on the Approximation of the Laws of

the Member States relating to Electro-

magnetic Compatibility (2004/108/EC),

Low-voltage Directive (2006/95/EC),

ErP Directive (2009/125/EC) and RoHS

directive (2011/65/EU).

From April 20 2016 onwards the follow-

ing directive are valid:

Electromagnetic Compatibility

(2014/30/EU), Low-voltage Directive

(2014/35/EU), ErP Directive (2009/125/

EC) and RoHS directive (2011/65/EU).

This product has been tested and found

to comply with the harmonized stand-

ards for Information Technology Equip-

ment, these harmonized standards

published under Directives of Official

Journal of the European Union.
