No power

• Ensure that the power cord is connected

securely.

• Ensure that there is power at the power

supply socket.

• Ensure that the batteries are installed

correctly.

No response from the clock radio

• Disconnect and reconnect the AC power

plug, then turn on the clock radio again.

Poor radio reception

• Keep the clock radio away from other

electronic devices to avoid radio

interference.

• Fully extend and adjust the position of the

FM antenna.

Alarm does not work

• Set the clock/alarm correctly.

Clock/alarm setting erased
